09-Mar-2017 First EAGE Workshop Practical Reservoir Monitoring – Amsterdam

WGP Group were present at the 1st EAGE Practical Reservoir Monitoring (PRM) Workshop in Amsterdam; attended by Terry Hibben (CTO) and Tim Mason (LOC Manager).  The workshop highlighted the benefits of PRM on existing fields, ensuring improved decision making and yields.  There were also insights into exciting potential future developments to help reduce the costs and exposure in PRM acquisition.  These developments will broaden the global appeal of this type of acquisition.

WGP currently provides PRM acquisition services on several fields in the North Sea.  This includes containerised source systems, recording system for monitoring and quality control services for a complete PRM acquisition solution.  The benefits of real-time quality control aligned with operations provide for fast, efficient surveys of the highest quality.
